Gingerbread Diffuser Blend

Materials

• 5 drops ginger essential oil
• 4 drops clove essential oil
• 2 drops nutmeg essential oil
• 2 drops cinnamon essential oil
• 2 drops orange essential oil (See Notes section, to purchase all Essential Oils.)

Instructions

• Add all Essential Oils, top with Water in your Diffuser, press start and enjoy!
• Precaution when diffusing around pets; eliminate the cinnamon and clove essential oils.
• Precaution when pregnant; do not use cinnamon, clove or nutmeg essential oils. Always consult a Certified Aromatherapist if you want to know what oils to use safely during pregnancy. Consultations available. See Consults tab at top.
